Looking Ahead: Updating New Employee Orientation

In 2025, Onboarding will roll-out an update to the New Employee Orientation (NEO) program. The update is based on various factors, including survey data from recent new hires, supervisors, and university-wide human resources staff.

The goal is to address specific needs and preferences for over 800 new hires annually, ensuring a more tailored and effective orientation experience. This will foster a smoother transition for new employees, increasing the likelihood of a successful employment journey at Auburn.
